This is one of my all-time favorite ways to cook cauliflower! Cauliflower is so awesome when you roast it in the oven with a bunch of spices.
I served this as a side dish with Easy Apple Cinnamon Chicken.
Cinnamon Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 425 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil lightly sprayed with nonstick spray)
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread cauliflower florets in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast at 425 °F for 15 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, stir the cauliflower florets around a bit, and roast for another 15 minutes = 30 minutes total.
