Preheat the oven 425 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil lightly sprayed with nonstick spray)
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil and seasonings.
Spread cauliflower florets in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast at 425 °F for 15 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, stir the cauliflower florets around a bit, and roast for another 15 minutes = 30 minutes total.
