Cinnamon Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 425 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil lightly sprayed with nonstick spray)
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread cauliflower florets in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast at 425 °F for 15 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, stir the cauliflower florets around a bit, and roast for another 15 minutes = 30 minutes total.
