Hey, this was a really good way to cook white fish. My kindergartener ate it and said “What did you do to this chicken to make it so yummy?” I marinated the fish in white wine vinegar, some herbs and Worcestershire sauce. Really easy for a busy weeknight.
And only 115 calories! Fish is such a good source of lean protein, and it’s always super-filling.
I served this fish with Lemon-Thyme Carrots and Air Fryer Roast Potatoes on the side.

Ingredients
- 1 pound mild white fish
Marinade Ingredients
- ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon (½ teaspoon dried)
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the fish, turning to coat.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes (longer than that, and the fish will start to turn a little bit rubbery)
- When you're ready to cook the fish, preheat the broiler on "high"
- Lightly spray a glass baking dish or broiler pan with nonstick spray. Add the fish and broil for 5 minutes.
- Flip the fish over and broil for another 5 minutes.
