Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the fish, turning to coat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes (longer than that, and the fish will start to turn a little bit rubbery)
When you're ready to cook the fish, preheat the broiler on "high"
Lightly spray a glass baking dish or broiler pan with nonstick spray. Add the fish and broil for 5 minutes.
Flip the fish over and broil for another 5 minutes.
