Ingredients

  • 3 Russet potatoes (cut into ½-inch cubes)
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F
  • Chop the potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and seasonings.
  • Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes - it really depends on how large or small you've cut your potatoes. If your air fryer has a basket, you'll want to shake the basket halfway through.
