Preheat the broiler
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Give it a light spray with nonstick spray.
Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry, and lay them on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the fish fillets.
Stir together the lemon pepper, salt and paprika and sprinkle over the fish.
Bake under the broiler for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the fish fillets before serving.
