Lemon Pepper Broiled Cod

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild white fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Give it a light spray with nonstick spray.
  • Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry, and lay them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the fish fillets.
  • Stir together the lemon pepper, salt and paprika and sprinkle over the fish.
  • Bake under the broiler for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the fish fillets before serving.
