Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce Kashi Go Peanut Butter Crunch

Instructions

  • Mash the banana
  • Stir in the yogurt, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Sprinkle the cereal on top. I'm not getting paid to say this but I really should be because I need to say that this cereal was amazing, and my CHILDREN INHALED THE ENTIRE BOX IN ONE WEEKEND. A box of Kashi. Children. Ordinarily, Kashi is too excessively "healthy" tasting to be delicious, so this was a surprise, but I highly recommend. I don't think the cereal was necessarily "healthy" at all (lots of sugar and calories), but if you need your kids to willingly eat a bunch of protein and fiber, this is fabulous cereal.
